About the project

“Sudoku love!” is the first app created for Kalmapp Game Studio, a joined initiative with Kalia Aristidou as a Unity Developer and me as a UI UX designer. The challenging part was designing an app that already exists. But we wanted to create something from scratch with the user experience at the top of our priorities. We aimed to create something that is also aesthetically pleasing, hence we included 3 available themes, green, blue and purple.

In order to do so we followed the below steps:

• Research apps already available in the market and map all functionalities.
• Aiming to hide game complexity, we designed functionalities the game should have, keeping in mind how they are going to work with user input.
• Wire framing first on paper to set up all screens, ui and ux elements.
• Proceed to finalise the design
• Develop
• Test – Test – Test
• Fix bugs
• Release on stores
